In recent news, Judwin Properties Inc., announced its plans to build a luxury apartment complex along Fulshear Parkway and FM 1463. ParkLane Fulshear, the complex name, will take up about twenty one acres right next to the new HEB coming to Fulshear.
ParkLane Fulshear will have 380 units packed into several two-story and three-story buildings, complete with a parking garage. It will be equipped with luxury amenities as released by Judwin:
- A 13,000-square-foot clubhouse with half-court basketball gym, fitness room, aerobics room, pool table, shuffleboard table, coffee bar, business center, conference room, lounge area, theater room and multipurpose room
- Pool with several lap lanes, shallow area, beach entry, bubble jets, spa shelf and bench with spa jets. There are several cabanas with tables and grills
- Tanning beds
- Sound-proof music practice rooms
- Four-lane bowling alley with a private room in the back for children’s birthday parties. Residents will have to bring their own shoes, but Judwin will provide an assortment of bowling balls.
Parklane Fulshear is predicted to start the construction process in about fifteen months from now. The expansion of our community is reaching an all-time high. This new progress does not always correlate with welcomed development.
