With Super Bowl Sunday just days away, it is time to start preparing in the kitchen! Other than great football, great food can make Super Bowl Sunday a memorable event. We are sharing recipes for two great kickoff appetizers: Buffalo Chicken Dip and BLT Dip.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Total Prep & Cook Time: 30 Min.
Ingredients:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
10 ounces rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° and simply mix all the ingredients in your favorite baking dish. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes. Serve with crackers, baguette slices, or celery.
BLT Dip
Ingredients:
pound bacon, cooked
cup mayonnaise
cup sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
1 tomato, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Simply mix all ingredients and places into a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy! Serve with Frito corn chips for the best result.
