Okay, I’m concerned about supply, yet if you were looking for good news, there was an abundance to see in April where every matrix below was positive. Yet, this is an illusion. As this graph indicates, the “Days On Market” skyrocketed and equaled January; the worst month of the year. In addition, it looks like nearly 40% of all the homes on the market have taken Price Decreases. And, April is the start of the best months of the year. So, yeah, I’m concerned. April may bring showers, but May better bring Buyers!
