- Performing Arts Pick: A Christmas Carol, A Ghost Story of Christmas

Downtown at Alley Theatre, A Christmas Carol returns again to re-tell the classic story by Charles Dickens, with depicts Ebenezer Scrooge’s journey with three ghostly spirits that visit him on Christmas Eve. This play will evoke a deep appreciation of the holiday season!

Moody Gardens hosts the largest holiday event display on the Gulf Coast. Head to Galveston to view this over the top attraction which boasts of over 1 million lights, 100 ft. slide, ice skating rink, mile long trail ride and more. You can take photos with Santa, and enjoy a true Christmas with SNOW every Friday night! This year, Moody Gardens joined with Nickelodeon to bring guests ICE LAND: Ice Sculptures with SpongeBob Squarepants, spanning 28,000 square feet and composed of 900 tons of ice!
