Fulshear Run is a community of new homes built with an appreciation for the abundance of natural features where rolling hills lead to Bessie’s Creek. Lifestyle: There are ample acres of community open spaces, flanked by miles of natural hiking trails and walking/cycling trails. These trails will eventually link to Fulshear’s proposed citywide system. In keeping with nature, people-friendly features like Song Bird Park, Fish Lake Park, a wifi hut, and an observation hill were added for residents enjoyment.   Homes: With a legendary reputation in Houston, Trendmaker Homes offers distinctive luxury homes on half-acre lots in Section 1 that start from the $560’s. Fairmont Custom Homes, a member of an exclusive group of luxury home builders and Partners in Building, a company founded in 1986 that designs and builds one-of-a-kind homes are building custom homes in Section 2.   Section 2 contains 19 beautiful new home sites ranging from 1.0 to 1.47 acres. Nearly all the home sites are wooded, and some border or have a view of Fish Lake Park. The park is a heavily wooded nature reserve that features Fulshear Run, the creek for which the community is named, is behind eight of the home sites.   Click here for additional community information.   Lots: Home sites range from ½ acre to 1 acre in Section One and 1 to 1.4 acres in Section Two. Each one is bound by a three-rail fence, and is designed to take advantage of the beautiful natural settings. These generously-sized home sites mean you always have plenty of elbow room, plus the option to create a personal lifestyle by adding a swimming pool, dream garden, or private guest cottage at your new home.   Select Acreage lots in Section Two are available for purchase by the public. It can take up to two years to design and start construction on a new custom home after the purchase of a home site. Fairmont Custom Homes and Partners in Building are approved to build in Fulshear Run.
