Library
What once was the Fulshear Library downtown is about to undergo a transformation. Spanning 10,400 square feet, it will be transformed to become the new Ft. Bend County Justice of the Peace Annex/Courthouse. Construction is set to commence in September 2023, with completion slated for March 2024. Meanwhile, construction on the new Library is nearing completion. Hopefully, it opens soon, though!

Fulbrook Plaza on Fulshear Creek
(5511 Lake Hill Farm Way)
Located on Lake Hill Farm Way at the entrance to Fulbrook on Fulshear Creek, is where you will find this 3.27-acre site that will be home to Fulbrook Plaza on Fulshear Creek. In addition to the current Goddard School, it will offer an additional 25,519 square feet of leasable retail space. A time frame has not been set, nor are there any confirmed Leases as of today.

Westpark/McKinnon Rd
Stretching from FM 1093 to McKinnon Rd, between Dollar General and Fulshear Business Park, is where plans are underway for an impressive 18-acre+ mixed-use development. Infrastructure, utilities, detention and roads are estimated to be in place by the end of this year. Proposals include pads sites for lease or sale, a boutique Hotel and Office Condos. Although, nothing definite is today.

Cross Creek Retail Center
Located at the northwest corner of FM 1093, next to Brazos Valley Schools Credit Union, will be Cross Creek Ranch Retail Center. It will be comprised of about 14,400 square feet of leasable space. The center is estimated to be completed in late Summer. Tenants include L3 Craft Coffee, Smile Dentistry, a Liquor Store, Lavella Nail & Spa, and Baskin Robins.

Commons at Cross Creek Phase II
Neighboring the Cross Creek Ranch Retail Center will be the adjoining retail center called; The Commons at Cross Creek, Phase II. It will consist of 17,030 square feet. The estimated completion is Q1 of 2024, and they are in the early stages of negotiating Leases with prospective tenants.

PetSuites
Some might have noticed construction happening at the northeast corner of FM 1093 and the entrance to Cross Creek Ranch. This site will host a PetSuites, which has over 80 locations nationwide. They anticipate opening this Fall 2023. They will offer daycare, boarding, grooming and training. Perfect for your furry friends!

Marcel Square
Another mixed-use development with 17,500 square feet is under construction on the northwest corner of FM 1093 and Skyline Dr. (Right next to Pet Suites). It is set to be completed by the end of the year and has already locked in a few Tenants. These include Barrio’s Cantina & Tequila Bar, Primary Care, and Creekstone Outdoor Patio Furniture.

Marcel Gardens
On the northeast corner of FM 1093 and Skyline Dr will be the “sister” development called Marcel Gardens. The ground floor will offer restaurant and retail spaces with back patios that open to the center garden. The second floor will host APEX Executive office suites. A ‘high-end’ Gym and Altelier hair salon have also committed to Lease. Estimated to be completed in Q1 of 2025.

Storage Units
Seems like everyone could use more storage space these days. Good news! Recently, ground broke for 740-750 units on the Southwest corner of FM 1093 and Texas Heritage. They’ve completed the grading. However, before construction can begin, they have a few details to work out with the City.

Twinwood Parkway
In case anyone missed it, the West side is now open! It extends across Hunt Road and will eventually connect to FM 1093, just West of Weston Lakes. Once they extend the road, this should be the catalyst for future development.

Century Communities – Brookshire
Rumor has it that another Century community (the developer of Polo Ranch) will be coming soon. This new location will be located on the westside of FM 359, near Pecan Hill. Not much other information available today, yet we will update you once we learn more.

Texas Heritage Marketplace
Texas Heritage Marketplace spans an impressive 472,000 square feet! It will be a mixed-use retail development strategically positioned on Texas Heritage Parkway just south of I-10 and about 6 miles north of FM 1093. It is poised to capture the area’s booming growth. It promises both convenience and variety, starting with a welcomed grocery store as one of the anchor tenants.
