In case you haven’t heard, Fulshear, and more specifically Cross Creek Ranch, has just recently called itself home to a new restaurant, the Italian Maid Café. It is located in the Welcome Center of Cross Creek Ranch where Essence House Café used to be.
This is actually the second location of the Italian Maid Café, with the other on Morton Street in Richmond. The café’s owners are a brother and sister team, Lanie Alvarez and Alex Ciocca, who were excited to open another location in Fulshear. They have been catering events over the years at Cross Creek Ranch and saw this as the perfect opportunity to open a full restaurant.
The Italian Maid is a place that intermingles an American home-style atmosphere with an Italian flair to provide something for everyone. The menu is a collaboration of a variety of fresh crepes, made-to-order waffles, homemade burgers and sandwiches, desserts, and even a kids menu. Not only does the café have traditional catering services, but they also offer a “family meal.” With this, they offer family-size entrees that you can order and pick up on your way home from work! Choose from spaghetti, chicken aioli, and more!
