We agreed to a list of upgrades cost and then she managed the contractors, procured fixtures plumbing and lighting and met the tight timeline. Alicia also performed the staging of my house. Alicia kept me informed and we exchanged views but she managed the whole process and my efforts were light touch. The showings collected many favorable compliments on Alicia s work which better allowed my house to compete in the market DeAnna Krenek also receives a well earned 5 of 5 stars for selling my house in Fulshear. DeAnna worked in concert with other s in the Roller Realty team so while my house was getting some upgrades she was busy getting ready to market my house. I experienced no periods of downtime waiting for remodeling to hand over for my sale. Very good communication throughout the process. A lot of forms detailing the house which we managed remotely via email and course photography. All along the process DeAnna was communicating with me i.e., text, phone and email which was helpful and appreciated. We agreed on a listing price that was slightly above my expectation and the house was put on the market. Once offers arrived DeAnna managed the multiple offers and I ended up agreeing on an offer greater than the listed price plus meeting my target for closing. I highly recommend Roller Realty.
