Mike Roller's team did an absolutely phenomenal job of helping me prepare, price, and stage my property for sale. They went way beyond the normal and customary services a realtor would provide. And it showed. In less than 48 hours the property had 4 showings and 3 competitive offers. Throughout the process, the agent, Alicia, and Richard were exceptional. Always responsive with great ideas and advice, carefully attending to every matter of preparation and staging, and providing wise counsel on pricing and staging matters through the final close process. I've never seen anything like Roller Realty. They are certainly a one stop shop. I made one phone call and they came to my house told me what needed to be done and then we hired them to represent us. The staging of the house and the preparations they took before the house was to be shown made a world of difference and made me think we would actually be able to sell a house that flooded a little over one year ago. As it turns out we never had to put it on the market as the house was virtually sold based on the signage they posted out at the road. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who is interested in buying or selling a house.
